About Dr Helen Haynes

I am a psychiatrist writing under a pen name to allow for privacy of my patients. 

I live in the England working for an older people mental health team.  

Outside of work, I am usually at home with my husband, children, and the dog, embracing the noise and chaos that I pretend doesn’t suit me. Life here is untidy and loud, full of half‑finished jobs, with muddy shoes by the door.
